Shipping & returns
Every piece is prepared with care. Shipping and returns follow these rules.
Timing
Lead times are confirmed when the order is validated. Made-to-order pieces may need extra workshop days.
On arrival
Check the packaging when it arrives. If you see impact damage, note it and send us photos the same day.
Returns
You have 7 calendar days from delivery to return a standard, unused piece in its packaging. Made-to-order items aren’t returnable except for a factory defect.
Exchanges
If the mistake is ours, we cover pickup and replacement. If you’re changing your mind, return freight may be on you.
